Government has allowed the sale of 5 Kg LPG cylinder with / without Domestic Pressure Regulator (DPR) through Public Sector Oil Marketing companies (OMCs) Retail outlets, which are accessible to all and are open for longer hours. Subsequently sale of 5 Kg FTL cylinder has been extended to LPG distributorship points and Kirana /General stores etc also to further convenience of the target consumers.

The LPG sold under the scheme will be called Free Trade LPG (FTL). At the time of first sale cost of equipment (DPR plus cylinder), cost of product at prevailing Non-domestic 5 Kg cylinder price and administrative charges will be payable. At the time of subsequent refill, only the cost of product will be payable.

We understand your need to have the flexibility to buy cylinders at will. Now you have the freedom to buy Bharatgas Mini cylinders (5 kg) at your convenience in select cities.

You can pick up a Bharatgas Mini cylinder from a Retail Outlet (Petrol Station) by providing your proof of identity (POI).

You can also order one from the comfort of your home, by just dialing the toll free number 1800 22 4344 and get the delivery within two hours at a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 25/- for this value added service. In this case too you will need to provide your proof of identity (POI).

Orders can be booked on the toll free number 24 X 7. Deliveries for orders will be made from 9 am to 9 pm. Orders booked beyond 9 pm will be delivered the next day after 9 am. The connection / refill cylinder will be delivered to the residence of the customer within 2 hours of the order booked. Dial a Bharatgas Mini can be presently availed in 8 cities viz. Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.

If you are moving out of town or, for any other reason wish to return the cylinder and pressure regulator, you may do so and get a refund as under:

• 50% of purchase price of Cylinder and Pressure Regulator excluding cost of gas and taxes, if return is within 5 years from date of purchase
• Rs. 100/- flat if return is after 5 years from date of purchase

This option is only provided by BPCL. Please preserve the proof of purchase.
